Standard projects are structured around milestone deliverables: typically 50% deposit to commence sprint architecture and wireframing, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery, testing, and deployment. For larger enterprise engagements, we can arrange multi-phase milestone tranches.
No. Our project packages are strictly flat-fee. You do not pay us recurring retainer fees unless you explicitly subscribe to ongoing monthly SEO or social media management services. You maintain direct billing relationships with your web host and domain registrar.
All packages include designated revision rounds during the concept and prototyping stages. We present working staging URLs and Loom walkthroughs so feedback is incorporated iteratively before final code handoff.
We provide a 14-day milestone review. If our initial design direction or technical architecture does not align with your agreed project brief, we will rework the concepts at no additional cost or refund your deposit.
